• 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. 

• How to Start a Return: Email us at hello@getnurturely.co.uk with your order number and reasoning.

• Refund Process: No need to send the item back - we know little ones can be fussy and change their minds. If it’s not the right fit, feel free to pass it along to another parent who might find it useful.

  We’ll happily either:

  • Refund you to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days), or

  • Send you a different item from our range to try instead.
